The Best Hours For Forex Trading Market

The Best Hours For Forex Trading Market
As you probably know, the Forex market is open 24 hours a day. This offers a great opportunity for forex traders to trade any time of day or night. However, although it does not appear to be very important in principle, there are times that are best for operation than others. So what are the best times to operate the Forex market?

Operate the market at the right time is one of the most important for successful transactions in the currency market.

A quiet market, slow and motionless, is a waste of our time. So we should not bother to operate at these times because we can spend hours in a position without anything happening. Conversely, when the market is in high movements, may spend a few minutes and move more.

The best time to trade is when the market is most active and therefore has the greatest volume of transactions. The larger movements in the different currency pairs will create a better opportunity for trading to maximize the benefit received.

The best times to operate without doubt must contain both of the following characteristics:
a. When at least two sessions are open at the same time or overlap.
b. When are the first 2 hours of opening or closing of a session.

With this we can conclude that if we operate in an open or closed also coincide with another meeting, we have the best chance of taking market trends long intraday level

The different sessions that we are looking to match those in London, New York, Sydney and Tokyo. Respective times of each market to have reference are:

London open from 3:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. (ET)
New York is open from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 pm (EDT)
Sydney open from 5:00 pm to 2:00 am (ET)
Tokyo is open from 7:00 pm to 4:00 am (ET)

As we can see, there are some hours that overlap between markets:

London and New York from 8 am to 12 pm (ET)
Sydney and Tokyo from 7 pm to 2 am (ET)
London and Tokyo from 3 am to 4 am (EDT)

These are the best times to operate the Forex market. For example, operating the pairs EUR / USD or GBP / USD between 8am and 12pm (ET) will give good results as this is when these two currencies are most active, this will lead to greater movement and therefore greater since we could get profits climb and ride the strong trends or moved at the intraday
