Which is more profitable Forex trader when we knew of 2 Forex traders and Forex trader A won 40% of their Forex trade while Forex trader B won 80% of their Forex trade ?
In fact, we can't tell which Forex trader is more profitable.
If Forex trader A won 200 pips on each winning trade and loss 100 pips on each loosing trade , after a consecutive of 10 transactions trader A would be make about 200 pips. If trader B won 25 pips but lost 100 pips on each loss, trader B would be a breakeven trader after a series of 10 transactions.
So remember this in your mind, if you hear about trading system that wins 90%. That does sound appealing but the key is profitability, win percentage isn't as important as how much you get if you're right compared to how much you lose when you're wrong.
